The location of this hotel is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It really puts you in the heart of the action. the rooms and bathrooms were kept very clean, which was a huge plus. I also loved the fact that there was a terrace and a well-equipped kitchen to use.
That the hotel is located across from a club, so it can get quite noisy at night. the laundry service was a bit expensive.

I got great value for my money at Stay Provenza - the rooms were lovely, with large bathrooms. The location in the heart of El Poblado was perfect, just a short walk to bars and restaurants. The staff were very attentive, making sure my bed and bath were made up daily.
The breakfast experience could be improved by adding more variety to the options.

I had an amazing stay at Stay Provenza for 4 nights. The staff was lovely and went above and beyond to make everything easy for me. They helped with taxis, tours, and even did laundry on site. The hostel was incredibly clean and organized, with a self-serve breakfast that had a variety of options. The location, just off Calle 10, was perfect - close to everything but still quiet. The stylish interior, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms with thoughtful touches made my stay unforgettable.
Totally recommend this hotel.

the discotheque nearby provided an exciting nightlife experience, perfect for those who love to party. being in the center of Poblado meant that there were plenty of eating places and a supermarket within walking distance.
The hostel lacked a quiet atmosphere for a good night's sleep.

For the price we paid, our stay at Stay Provenza was definitely worth it. The rooms were clean and had a stylish, modern touch. The location was central and convenient, and the staff treated us well, always ready to assist.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if the staff proactively filled up the empty items without us having to ask.
